Background
iDreamCareer (iDC) is a leading career counseling platform in India, offering guidance and support to students navigating their educational and career paths. They provide personalized counseling, psychometric assessments, and detailed career reports to help individuals make informed decisions about their education and profession. iDC collaborates with schools, corporations, and government initiatives to reach a broad audience, aiming to enhance students' career prospects through expert advice and strategic partnerships.
Challenges
The design team faced multiple challenges while creating a user interface that would appeal to a diverse audience, from 8th-grade students to college-age teenagers. They worked on developing a versatile UI that could cater to varied tastes and preferences. Additionally, crafting a design that would drive high conversion rates presented significant difficulties
Outcome
Our efforts paid off significantly, as iDreamCareer emerged as the largest career counseling company in India. We could confidently say that our innovative designs played a key role in this success, attracting a broad audience and earning recognition on national platforms, including an investment from Shark Tank India. This achievement underscored the effectiveness of our tailored approach to meet diverse user needs.
